Commercial Launches
In 2023, we launched two commercial projects in Courchevel Moriond, both exceptional in nature.
On one hand, there’s Sundance, a project featuring 43 high-end lodges, built as a hamlet on the mountainside at the exit of Courchevel Moriond, heading towards Courchevel 1850. This exceptional project includes lodges with 3 to 6 bedrooms, ranging from 76 to 318 m². Located in the heart of Courchevel Moriond village and just 150m from the ski slopes, this investment opportunity is more than enticing, with all the benefits of 5-star hotel services.
On the other hand, there’s Steamboat, a development involving the construction and renovation of 26 lodges in the very heart of Courchevel Moriond. Offering between 2 and 7 bedrooms and ranging from 63 to 253 m², this project is located just 100 meters from the ski slopes and boasts breathtaking views of the valleys.

In addition to these exciting ventures, 2023 also saw the launch of two real estate projects in Les Gets, Haute-Savoie.
First, there’s Kandahar, a project offering two chalets that you can purchase either as a whole or in half-chalet format, depending on your preferences and needs, perched on the heights of Les Gets.
Next is Kangto Lodge, an intimate collection of just 8 lodges in the center of the village of Les Gets, just 150 meters from the Mont-Chéry cable car. With lodges ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, this project presents a great opportunity for profitable real estate investment in the mountains.

Remarkable Openings
The end of 2023 was marked by two eagerly anticipated openings.
First, in Méribel, we saw the opening of the impressive Falcon project. This resort includes 35 high-end apartments, a reception with concierge services, a wellness area with a pool, sauna, hammam, and a Falcon Spa offering treatment and massage cabins, as well as a ski shop for equipment rentals. Built into the cliffside, Falcon consists of multiple chalets, providing breathtaking views of the Méribel valley and surrounding mountains. The second major opening took place in Val d'Isère. Labeled a 5-star hotel, Silverstone opened its doors to 6 chalet-suites in December 2023. Made from noble materials, featuring designer furniture, and boasting cutting-edge décor, these chalet-suites are luxurious havens with ski-in/ski-out access.
