We’re delighted to tell you about our latest development on the cusp of completion, Eagle Lodge, two luxurious duplex apartments in Tignes. We’re absolutely in love with Espace Killy, the ski area that connects the towns of Tignes and Val d’Isere, and we can’t tell you how happy we are to be able to offer you a selection of incredible Alpine homes in these world-renowned resorts.
Eagle Lodge is a stunning renovation project based in Tignes les Brévières, situated just a short distance from Tignes’ best-known villages, Val Claret and Tignes le Lac. Sitting just below the treeline at 1550m, Les Brévières is Tignes’ hidden gem, boasting a relaxed atmosphere, bucket loads of Savoyard charm and charming traditional architecture. It’s the perfect resort for families, groups of friends and couples alike, offering easy access to the main ski area via the new Brévières télécabine, while being removed from the hustle, bustle and developed infrastructure of Tignes’ higher resorts. Furthermore, it’s one of the only places in Tignes where you can enjoy skiing in the trees, and les Brévières’ tree-lined pistes are always a lifesaver when it comes to cloudy days.
Eagle Lodge offers easy access to les Brévières’ main lifts thanks to its location just next to the Brévières monorail, while the apartments themselves offer unparalleled Alpine living and elegant interior finishes. This fantastic project has seen one building become two beautiful duplex apartments that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the finest examples of luxury Alpine living. The first apartment covers 250m2, with five spacious bedrooms, a private jacuzzi and sauna, while the second comprises of 125 square metres with four bedrooms, a cabin room and a private jacuzzi. The development concurs to the latest building regulations, offering incredible energy efficiency and the best in modern lifestyle features, while the interiors and exteriors combine contemporary design with the wood and stone finishes of traditional Savoyard architecture.
Both apartments have already found their owners, and the finishing touches are currently being made in order to hand the keys over in the autumn. The owners have been busy working with our design team to customise their new homes exactly to their liking, resulting in beautifully designed interior spaces with individual touches.
