2022 was a ground-breaking year for Alpine Lodges. It was the year in which we launched several luxury property projects in prestigious resorts across the French Alps. It’s also the year that we joined The Club 2023 in order to support the 2023 Alpine Ski World Championships. Our teams worked tirelessly to raise the standards of alpine property design and interior decoration before handing over the keys to our delighted new owners. Meanwhile, our partners at Alpine Residences reported excellent occupancy rates and increased revenues for our owners who’ve chosen to rent their properties via our exclusive management team. This final point proves once again that owning property in the mountains is an excellent investment.

- Steamboat Lodge, Courchevel
