We’re absolutely delighted to tell you that we’re the happy winners of two awards in the inaugural Nidski Alpine Property Awards. Last week it was announced that we’d been voted Best Alpine Property Developer, which is a huge honour in itself, but we were doubly overjoyed to discover that our Annapurna residence in Les Gets had been awarded the title of Best New Build Ski Development.
Nidski is a renowned property website that specialises in ski homes for sale and rental. The Nidski team works with hundreds of agents, private sellers and landlords across the Alps to help provide buyers and renters with hassle-free choices and expertise in the Alpine property market. It’s no surprise that they decided to put this wealth of knowledge towards finding the best ski property agents, developers and designers in the Alpine property world.
We’re incredibly proud to have won not one, but two awards. We’ve put enormous amounts of effort into creating luxurious, homely apartments and chalets in les Portes du Soleil and les Trois Vallées. It means so much to us to know that our clients and homeowners are happy with what we’ve created for them. From finding the perfect locations and personalised interior design details to creating another level of luxury, we pride ourselves on the high standards and finishes of our developments.
Annapurna is one of the first of our developments to take independent luxury living to a new level. In this development we introduced a high-end restaurant and spa, along with a concierge service to help our homeowners and guests feel even more at home in their Alpine apartments. This also increases the rental value of our buy-to-let sales and is the perfect added extra for holidaymakers.
Annapurna was completed in May 2018 and received excellent reviews from owners and guests over the summer. The exclusive in-house restaurant and wine bar, Vina Annapurna, is open year round and serves a fine selection of traditional dishes with a contemporary twist, made from the finest seasonal ingredients. The spa and treatment rooms are reserved exclusively for residents, putting a luxurious spin on the classic ski apartment.
We’re incredibly proud that our newest development was nominated for an award, but to have won it was truly amazing.
