Following the success of Vail Lodge and Alaska Lodge, our recent developments in the upmarket resort of Val d’Isère, Silverstone continues our theme of contemporary mountain living with exceptional attention to design and construction, always with breathtaking views. This project is unique as very few opportunities remain to purchase a newly constructed property on the pistes of Val d’Isère. The apartments of Silverstone are now reserving off plan with delivery scheduled for December 2023.

In designing Silverstone, our focus was on privacy and tranquility. This small residence is located on the Santons piste, making it possible for you to ski in and out of your future apartment with ease during the winter months. Just seven apartments can be found inside Silverstone, where the overall building will be constructed in a chalet style to compliment the surrounding environment and clad in wood and stone. Properties range in size from a three bedroom apartment which is perfect for a family mountain bolt-hole and spanning 121m2, to an incredible seven bedroom penthouse, spanning four floors and 429m2 and also featuring its own private indoor swimming pool. As you might expect from Alpine Lodges, all properties will feature high-end finishes, with quality bathrooms, kitchens, appliances and flooring. Owners who join the programme early will also have the opportunity to work alongside our architectural team to customise the layout of their apartment, whilst our expert team of interior designers are standing by to create a cosy and contemporary atmosphere as you open your front door for the first time.

Each apartment at Silverstone includes two underground parking spaces, a private cellar and ski room, which is perfect for storing all of your mountain equipment. Large balconies and terraces have also been incorporated into our layout, giving you easy access to the outdoors. There’s a private wellness room, exclusively for residents of Silverstone to enjoy a massage after a day in the mountains. But perhaps the best feature of all is the view; you’ll wake up each morning to the stunning spectacle of Bellevarde, which is sure to inspire you!

Properties at Silverstone begin at €4,800,000 and owners electing to rent their property using the high quality services of our Alpine Resorts team will enjoy a 20% VAT recovery on the purchase price of their property.
